Customer One Desktop Agent: Product Information
 
The NetSolve Desktop Agent was brought about to pro-actively monitor the eveironment of the Customer One system on a per engineer basis.

It is an applet that lives in the Windows taskbar and continuously monitors the system for any new activity that needs the engineer's attention. It will notify the engineer, in the form of a popup ballon on the taskbar, that a new ticket has been logged, giving the engineer all the appropriate information regarding the new ticket.

The applet will only notify the engieer when and if he becomes available - therefore popups will not occur during a period of inactivity - it will wait for activity on the desktop before notifications take place.
