Current projects in the telephony space include the development of a fully customisable "Wall Board" type application for Cisco IPCC, enabling real time statistics to be displayed on any Internet enabled device as well as exposed as an IP Phone service to all connected supporting devices. We are also in the process of "phone" enabling the Customer One application allowing remote updates and queries by means of phone functionality to outstanding calls.
