NetSolve IPCC Wallboard
 
The NetSolve IPCC Wallboard application was designed specifically around the Cisco IPCC Call Centre application.

It was brought about through being involved in multiple implementations of Cisco IPCC a noticing a demand from Call Centre Supervisory staff for a graphical wallboard application. Historically call centres have made use of LED based scrolling wallboards, but with the limited capacity for information and the lack of a graphical output, the demand became greater.

Over and above this, the LED ticker has limited accessibility - it is usually statically mounted within the call centre and is only viewable by those that happen to pass by.

The NetSolve IPCC Wallboard is a paradigm shift.

It provides a web based interface, capable of displaying the information needed and wanted by call centre staff not only on in a fixed wallboard fashion, but also on any available PC that runs an Internet browser.

Being browser based and having a single instance license model, means that the information can now be displayed on any connected PC to the corporate network. This now means that a supervisor sitting in the comfort of their home, can remotely connect to the corporate network and access the queue statistics of their call centre.
