The NetSolve IPCC Wallboard application was designed specifically around the Cisco IPCC Call Centre application. It was brought about through being involved in multiple implementations of Cisco IPCC a noticing a demand from Call Centre Supervisory staff for a graphical wallboard application. Historically call centres have made use of LED based scrolling wallboards, but with the limited capacity for information and the lack of a graphical output, the demand became greater.
